Deposits on all commissioned, custom order instruments are non-refundable after materials have been bought and work has begun. This is to cover materials pertinent to your specifications for this guitar. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the build. This deposit amount is generally 60% of the total cost of the guitar, but subject to change on a case by case basis. As a rule, I generally do not accept any materials from customers for these builds. There may be an exception here or there but, we'd need to discuss that in great length. This ensures that I have complete control over the quality of the instrument that I'm building for you.
